- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terribly incompetent branch manager. They canceled my account with no notice or so much as contact. The balance left on the account they sent via regular mail without any certification that it was received. Then it took two people, including the manager Charlotte, to figure out how to stop a check they wrote. Apparently Charlotte doesn't know about phone/email or simply doesn't think it's necessary to contact clients when closing accounts.
